Are you an overwhelmed overachiever?
Then pull up a chair …

“I’ve received more mind-blowing coaching from Jessica than any other coaching relationship I’ve had, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars on coaching. She has an incredible ability to gently, lovingly and genuinely with care, just say ‘the thing’ that I can’t see. I will be eternally grateful for her holding me gently as she beat the shit right out of me ”

Do you ever think that by this point, anxiety is just your personality now? And without it driving your relentless, exhausting attempts at productivity, there’s a real danger you’d become an amorphous blob that never gets out of bed?

Do you:

  • Hold yourself together to be successful in one area of your life, only to beat yourself up for being a hot mess everywhere else?

  • Get annoyed with yourself for wasting time when you’re working because you second-guess yourself so much everything takes three times as long?

  • Or get annoyed with yourself for wasting time when you’re not working, because despite all the ‘Rest is Productive’ memes you heart on IG, your self-worth is entirely tied to your achievements?

Congratulations, you’ve got a normal human brain!

And by that I mean, one that offers up a ridiculous amount of fuckery that tends to get in the way of the relationship we have with the best version of ourselves.

Having someone sit down alongside you, so that the two of you can look at all the ways your brain is getting in your way, is one of the most magical, powerful things you can do for yourself.

I work 1:1 with a small number of high-achieving women to help them navigate how they want to show up in the world. They are successful — but can’t always give themselves the recognition. They are ambitious — but are usually apologetic about it. They are impactful — but often overrun by imposter syndrome.

Recognise yourself in that?

The work that I do with them, with you, guides you towards a place of self-trust, self-love, self-acceptance. It lovingly pokes holes in everything your brain offers up, and gently reminds it that it’s a lying fucker.

It brings you to a place of knowing that that how you are is exactly how you’re supposed to be. And that from there, that all things are possible. That the fastest way to get to where you want to be, is to bring your whole authentic self with you.

If you would like some help to work out what that might look like for your life, I have a small number of 1:1 mindset coaching spaces available. I work in blocks of 12 sessions and these can be taken weekly or fortnightly. (If you’ve never had coaching before I’d recommend starting off with weekly. If you’re an old hand, then fortnightly is great to integrate the work).
